I’m recommended by the guys from Daylesford Spa Country Railway
Tylden was the first station on the branch line from Carlsruhe to Daylesford, Victoria. This branch line conveyed much of the produce and timber from the area and was a vital link for residents to places abroad; roads in the area were very poor until the early to mid 20th century. A section of this picturesque branch line is still maintained and operated by the Daylesford Spa Country Railway as tourist railway, operating from Daylesford to Bullarto at the summit of the great divide.
This type of station was a common design right across the Victorian Railways and found use on quiet branch and busy main lines alike. It was constructed in many different configurations of the same basic design.
