$127.00

A large building 230mm long x 155mm wide x 155mm tall
I has put a lot of effort into the design of his depiction of this iconic Queenslander style house, with the wrap around verandahs, slatted underfloor wall infills and lots of other nicely reproduced details.
This style of house has been built throughout Northern Australia for over a hundred and fifty years and the designs is still being reproduced today. So this house would suit any era and any area from a suburban house to a Rural Homestead or Farmhouse.
This kit included lots of fine details including the weatherboard walls, corrugated iron roof,  scribed verandah floorboards, laser cut lower level timber slats, verandah and stair handrails, moulded plastic doors and windows, solid timber stumps and lots of other detailed parts. The kit has Interior walls and the roof is designed to be removeable for easy access to install interior details and lighting.
The quality of the laser cut pieces makes this an excellent kit, with little need to trim or sand components making it so easy to assemble and adds greatly to the quality of the finished model.
